Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage consumer complaints, and external litigation cases involving the Bank.

• Provide legal advisory related to dispute prevention and resolution strategies.

• Coordinate with external counsels, legal enforcement authorities, and internal stakeholders on legal proceedings and consumer protection issues.

• Review, draft, and provide legal input on agreements, internal policies, and corporate documents, as necessary.

• Monitor relevant regulations and assess their impact on the Bank’s activities.

• Prepare legal reports and documentation related to litigation, dispute settlements, and complaint resolutions.

• Ensure the Bank’s compliance with OJK, BI, and other applicable regulations related to consumer protection and legal risk.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (S.H.), with a valid advocate license (preferred).

• Minimum 7 years of relevant legal experience, ideally in banking or financial services sectors.

• Strong knowledge of dispute resolution mechanisms and consumer protection regulations.

• Excellent legal drafting and analytical skills.

• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.

• High integrity and attention to detail.
