Help bring EEEEEATSCON to life by creating partner activations that add real value to the festival experience. You will translate partner goals into memorable moments that strengthen connections between The Infatuation community and Chase.
As a Senior Associate, Marketing Strategy in Chase Dining, you lead integrated partner work for The Infatuation’s EEEEEATSCON food festival from creative ideation through activation execution. You source and secure sponsors, negotiate terms, and translate partner goals into compelling experiences delivered with operational excellence. You partner across internal teams and external agencies to manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
Job responsibilities
- Lead strategy, proposal development, and end-to-end project management for partner work on behalf of The Infatuation and Chase.
- Source sponsor leads across key industries and conduct outreach to secure festival partners.
- Manage relationships with prospective and confirmed sponsors, including ongoing stakeholder communication.
- Pitch and develop partner activation concepts that enhance the festival experience and deliver strategic outcomes.
- Own a partner category and oversee the sponsorship workstream from ideation through execution with agency partners.
- Create and refine presentation materials, including activation plans and branded experience details.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery to ensure partner integrations align to shared objectives and are executed with excellence.
- Facilitate working sessions to solve problems, build alignment, and support leadership decision making.
- Anticipate bottlenecks and risks and drive mitigation plans that balance partner needs and delivery constraints.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, or related roles within complex, fast-moving environments.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to partner across levels and teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong storytelling ability using common presentation tools.
- Proven ability to identify issues and resolve them quickly with a collaborative, team-first approach.
- Experience defining and driving delivery roadmaps, milestones, and stakeholder status reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in project management and sponsor or client relationship management.
- Ability to manage multiple changing priorities independently with sound judgment and follow-through.
- Strong strategic problem-solving skills with intellectual curiosity and end-to-end ownership mindset.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience with event production or experiential brand activations.
- Knowledge of hospitality, including restaurants, food and beverage, and travel.
