Senior Associate, Wealth & Banca, Digital, Consumer Banking Groupnew

Responsibilities  

• Support Senior Digital Product Manager to shape the overall product vision and roadmap for Digital Products of Consumer Banking business  
• Be an internal and external evangelist for your products, drive and help stakeholders to understand product benefits and unique selling proposition  
• Develop delightful customer journeys to contextually deliver and improve journey improvements across platforms, and enhance consistency from online to offline, or offline to online with adequate business data analysis 
• Assist, support and drive end-to-end digital product launch to ensure timely and smooth rollout  
• Strong collaboration with different stakeholders who often have different set of concerns 
• Innovate, develop ideas to grow online channel share and conversion funnel across our digital platforms 
• Conduct small experiments to assess market acceptance and iterate continuously to achieve the desired outcome 
• Drive customer immersions and champion the voice of customers by means of quantification (data) and qualification (verbatim) with any stakeholders 
• Develop and implement product launch communications plan focus on increasing awareness and adoption of new Digital Products 
• Support post-implementation tasks such as user training to touch-points, production problem investigation, post implementation review and escalation 
• Support in budgeting cycle and ensure forecast accuracy 

Requirements  

• Strong understanding in Consumer Banking – wealth management business and Investment products  
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively with stakeholders and develop compelling proposals, reports and presentations  
• Experience in digital channel management, gathering business requirement, product development/ e-commerce and initiatives 
• Preferable with exposure / experience in Web / APP development or Fintech integrations, ability to understand and research Fintech trends and market sentiment 
• Experience working, driving agile digital projects  
• Creative thinking, innate curiosity and strong desire to drive, deliver and contribute innovative ideas that will grow the business and deliver value 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment  
• Ability to demonstrate capability in achieving significant outcomes through influence and persuasion of multiple internal and external stakeholders 
• Solid problem-solving skills with ability to consider alternative and lateral solutions, with the ability to anticipate challenges
