Senior Associate, Wealth Management Operations (Asset Transfer), CBWMO, Group COOnew

Job Responsibilities:

• Process different types of transfer covering equities, fixed income, funds and digital assets

• Liaise with different parties such as CDP, front office and external third parties for security transfer

• Liaise with front office and custodian to ensure smooth settlement transfer

• Ensure all cash and securities breaks are promptly investigated and follow up

• Ensure all transfers instructions are processed in accordance the Bank’s operating guidelines and compliance to market requirements

• Handle security transfers queries from FO and other stakeholders

• Assist in and lead ad-hoc projects on behalf of team. Work with project stakeholders in ensuring timely implementation

• Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time

• Provide support to team leader as and when required

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in Asset transfer.

• Able to multi-task, self-motivated with good interpersonal skill

• Meticulous, alert & have an eye for figures & details.

• Able to work as a team.

• Able to handle multi-tasks.

• Able to work under pressure & work beyond working hours when transaction volume is high.

• Proficient in MS Word & Excel
