Handle administrative matters required to support the department and act as the first line of support during operational incidents, coordinating initial assessment, communication, escalation and follow-up with the relevant teams.
Represent the Propr Trading department in projects, working groups and governance forums, and ensure that agreed outcomes are implemented effectively.
Build and maintain constructive relationships across an international stakeholder landscape, both internally and externally.
Qualifications
University degree in business administration, economics, finance, accounting, business engineering or a related field.
Several years of relevant professional experience in business management, consulting, advisory, project management or a comparable role.
Experience in commodity trading, energy markets, financial services or another complex and regulated environment is an advantage.
Commercial mindset, strong service orientation and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to supporting stakeholders and the confidence to challenge constructively and influence senior decision-makers.
Ability to structure ambiguous topics, apply sound judgement, balance strategic and operational priorities, and work independently with a high level of accountability.
Track record of taking ownership for cross-functional initiatives and delivering complex business and process changes from concept through implementation.
Proven experience in defining, improving and implementing end-to-end business processes, including governance, controls, roles, documentation and interfaces.
Strong understanding of financial reporting principles, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, cost allocation and financial performance management.
Experience supporting audit activities, financial and process controls, reconciliations or the resolution of reporting and data-quality issues.
Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for data, digital tools, financial systems and management information; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is expected.
Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business, finance, accounting and control functions in an international environment.
Structured, disciplined and solution-oriented working style, with strong attention to detail, documentation quality and practical outcomes.
