Monitor and analyze system alerts and take appropriate action where needed. Work closely with the Threat Detection and Response team to assess and enhance alert logic as well as triage and address alerts that need further review or action taken. Analyze phish alert and potential malware inquiries from end users. Review industry news and intelligence reports and work with the various technology owners to ensure MedPro is taking the proper action to mitigate risk and improve our defenses. Educate end-users in proper security hygiene and awareness. Assist with the execution and completion of cybersecurity related projects. Assist with external and internal audit control compliance and responses to due diligence inquiries. Other related duties as assigned to support the team.
