Cantor Fitzgerald Securities is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to work side‑by‑side with our in‑house litigators throughout all phases of complex litigation. The role involves managing discovery, drafting and filing pleadings, coordinating e‑discovery, and assisting with trial preparation. 

  • Compile and organize documents for discovery, motions, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
  • Monitor court dockets, manage internal case files, and issue deadline reminders.
  • Prepare and coordinate tenders to insurance carriers on various cases.
  • Manage large‑scale document collections, including coding and pulling documents in Relativity.
  • Coordinate with e‑discovery vendors and oversee electronic filing processes.
  • Prepare and file subpoenas, deposition notices, and other Federal and State pleadings.
  • Conduct Bluebook cite‑checking and proofread all filings and legal memoranda.
  • Perform factual research using Westlaw, PACER, and other tools, summarizing findings.
  • Assist with trial preparation, exhibit organization, and attend trial as needed.
  • Maintain confidential information and foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree; paralegal certificate preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of complex litigation paralegal experience.
  • Working knowledge of Federal and State civil rules and e‑filing procedures.
  • Proficiency with Relativity, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and other litigation support platforms.
  • Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, including Bluebook citation and proofreading skills.
  • Experience using research tools such as Westlaw, PACER, and internet resources.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated professionalism handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment, with flexibility to adjust hours as needed.

This hybrid position requires four days per week in the office and offers a competitive salary ($75,000‑$90,000) plus an annual discretionary bonus.
