The Senior Manager, Compliance Monitoring and Analytics is responsible for leading Dun & Bradstreet's SMB Sales compliance monitoring framework, including the analytics and AI-driven capabilities that detect, assess, and remediate compliance risks.
The role partners with business leaders and technology providers to integrate regulatory requirements into sales processes and systems, drive compliance education, and enhance risk visibility through advanced analytics. This position also oversees the Telemarketing Quality Assurance Program required under Section VII (Quality Assurance Provider) of Dun & Bradstreet's Modified FTC Consent Order, ensuring effective monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement of compliance controls.
