Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of banking professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, cross-sell, and deepen customer relationships
• Analyze branch performance data and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment with the bank's overall strategy
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional development, and employee engagement
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and procedures
