Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
• Manage branch staff performance, conduct training programs, and foster a culture of excellence and accountability
• Drive customer service quality standards and implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
• Monitor financial performance metrics, manage branch budgets, and optimize operational costs
• Ensure adherence to risk management frameworks, anti-money laundering protocols, and internal control procedures
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets for consumer banking products and services
• Maintain branch infrastructure, security standards, and health & safety compliance
• Liaise with regional and head office teams to implement strategic initiatives and best practices
• Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally
• Prepare regular reports on branch performance, staffing, and operational metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or related discipline
• Proven track record in leading teams and managing branch-level operations
• Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and achieve business targets
• Proficiency in banking systems and MS Office applications
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
