Roles & Responsibilities

He/She has responsibility to handle all documents from client and corporate with Marine department of insurer and surveyor for policy issuing process. Provide monthly report to client and team to billing the client. He/She has to put all policy to Howden Maxi system, develop workflow process and also support marketing team to increase opportunity for winning the business. He/She also has to perform and follow the MGC’s Core value and compliance with company policy, moral and ethics and other works which direct leader assign.

Job Specification

• Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills

• Service-minded and able to handle internal/external complaints

• Self-learner, self-starter, able to work under pressure

• Written and spoken fluency in Thai and working knowledge of English

• Good computer skills- Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook Express
