Key Responsibilities

Own and scale global Big Media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, X, and other major platforms.

Drive Web-to-App (W2A) acquisition and optimize landing pages, deep links, attribution, and conversion funnels.

Develop and optimize mobile manufacturer channels.

Drive creative optimization through performance analysis, A/B testing, and continuous iteration to improve campaign performance.

Optimize performance based on CPA, LTV, ROI, and user quality.

Develop market-specific strategies and collaborate with Regional, BI, Big Data, Creative, and Product teams to drive growth.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Paid Media, with experience managing sizable budgets.

Strong hands-on experience across at least 2–3 major platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Google, and X.

Proven W2A experience with a solid understanding of deep linking, MMP attribution, and conversion optimization.

Experience with mobile manufacturer channels is preferred.

Strong analytical skills, global market experience, and professional English proficiency.

Nice to have: Experience with AppsFlyer, GA4, or other attribution and analytics tools.
