In this role, you will lead the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of positions, including senior-level and specialized roles across multiple business functions. You will leverage innovative sourcing strategies, talent market insights, and strong business partnerships to attract and secure top talent. As a trusted advisor to hiring managers, you will play a critical role in delivering an outstanding candidate experience while helping the business achieve its growth objectives.
Role Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned business areas, from talent sourcing through offer acceptance.
Source, screen, assess, and qualify internal and external candidates using a variety of recruitment channels and sourcing methodologies.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and guide decision-making throughout the recruitment process.
Present qualified candidate shortlists and facilitate interview and selection activities.
Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes.
Coordinate offer preparation, pre-employment requirements, onboarding activities, and a seamless new hire experience.
Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies to manage workflows, analyze recruitment metrics, and provide reporting.
Proactively identify and resolve complex recruitment challenges while ensuring a high level of service delivery.
Act as a mentor and knowledge resource for less experienced recruiters, sharing best practices and providing guidance when needed.
Support the execution of talent acquisition strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent communities.
Role Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including hiring for professional, technical, and senior-level positions.
Demonstrated experience recruiting for manager and senior manager-level roles across the APAC region.
Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices, sourcing strategies, and recruitment technologies.
Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to manage hiring processes effectively.
Strong knowledge of local and regional talent markets, with the ability to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
Proven ability to analyze recruitment data, talent trends, and market insights to support hiring decisions.
Experience working collaboratively with local and global stakeholders in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a strong focus on quality and candidate experience.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, applying sound judgment and decision-making skills in a dynamic environment.
