Senior Specialist, Client Processing

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Client Processing - Loans Enablement to join our Loans Enablement Operations team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA. 

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

• Perform routine and non-routine On Balance Sheet Loan Operations functions 
• Interact with other organizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery of service or resolution of issues 
• Process account related transactions per scheduled events/client authenticated direction 
• Manage situations requiring adaptation of response or extensive research according to client response, escalating more complex situations to senior colleagues 
• Ensure team is trained on daily tasks, coverage is adequate for volume/staff fluctuations, and team’s work is completed timely and within quality standards 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. 
• Typically 5-7  years of experience. 
• 3+ years of loan operations experience preferred 
• Leadership experience preferred 
• Soft Skills: 
• Organizational skills to ensure team is adequately trained for coverage on all tasks 
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle complex operational scenarios and team escalations 
• Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across teams to problem-solve operational issues and initiate process improvements 
• Ability to leverage technology for process improvements 
• Familiarity with technical applications to include, but not limited to, Microsoft Office applications, Loan IQ, AFS, AIM
