Senior Specialist, Production Services Infrastructure Support Analystnew

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist to join our Production Services Infrastructure Support Analyst team. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

 

1. Extensive knowledge and working experience in fast paced environment like NetApp-CDOT,EMC - VMAX , Powermax, Pure, XIO, NetApp Storage grid, CISCO MDS, BROCADE
2. Provisioning, decommissioning of various distributed enterprise and mid-tier SAN and NAS arrays.
3. Experience in handling Major incident calls and drive towards RCA
4. Incident/Change and Problem management
5. Controlled resolution of incidents, problems within agreed service levels including classification, prioritization and initiation of action, identification and determination of root causes and implement of remedies.
6. Ability to work effectively across time zones and geography
7. Willingness to work in shifts, weekends and holidays
8. Individual contributor with atleast 5+ years of experience

 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

 

1. API Interaction: Ability to work with REST APIs to integrate tools and automate storage management consoles.
2. Scripting and Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python for storage automation, API interaction, and creating libraries. 
3. Performance Monitoring: Using AI-driven tools to automate capacity management, troubleshoot incidents.
4. Automation of BAU Tasks: Working experience in automating tasks such as LUN provisioning and decommissioning.
5. Experience in AI solutions.
