Senior Specialist, Real Estate Asset Managementnew

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Manage and optimize real estate asset portfolios by conducting thorough market analysis and performance evaluations.
• May assist in lease administration and facilities management duties such as record keeping, communications with landlords, tax payments, capital project planning, financial administration and general support for management staff.
• Support the execution and delivery of real estate needs, including use of the internal lease administration system, as directed.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement asset management strategies that align with organizational goals.

   

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Typically 2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
• Professional certification in real estate or asset management is preferred.
