As a Talent Management - Senior Specialist reporting to Senior Director, Talent Management, you'll support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise talent initiatives that drive business growth and strengthen the employee experience. Partnering with People Strategy Partners, People@Nasdaq teams, business leaders, and external vendors, this role delivers scalable, data-driven solutions across performance management, employee listening, recognition, career development, dynamic work architecture, and workforce transformation.

The Senior Specialist, Strategic Talent Management supports the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise talent initiatives that drive business growth and strengthen the employee experience. Role Responsibilities -
As a Senior Specialist, you will play a meaningful role in ensuring Nasdaq's Talent Management programs are equitable, competitive, and aligned with our global philosophy. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Pune, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the execution and improvement of enterprise talent programs, including performance management, employee listening, talent assessments, and career mobility initiatives.
Drive the adoption of AI and automation across Talent Management programs, finding opportunities to improve efficiency, decision-making, employee experience, and business impact.
Lead the employee listening program from planning through translating employee feedback into actionable insights and driving follow-through with leaders and collaborators.
Lead project management activities for global talent programs, ensuring delivery against timelines, achievements, and collaborator expectations.
Partner with the Analytics Team to establish talent data insights, trends and recommendations.
Partner with the Communications and Change Mgt Teams to build and launch new or existing updated programs to the workforce (including communications campaigns, training materials, guides, organizational change plans…).
Partner with cross-functional teams including HR, Communications, Technology, Payroll, and external vendors to implement and scale talent solutions.
Support the workforce intelligence and dynamic work architecture and related governance processes.
Continuously drive operational excellence through process improvement, automation opportunities, and effective vendor management.
We expect you to have:
Overall experience of 7 to 10 years in Talent Management, HR Program Management, Organizational Development, Employee Experience, or related HR disciplines.
A proactive, detail-oriented talent professional who has high learning and change agility, combined with strong execution skills and critical thinking.
Someone who thrives in cross-functional environments and is passionate about crafting impactful employee and manager experiences.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation capabilities.
Experience working with HR technology platforms and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
