Job Description:
At Cotality, we are transforming how technology, data, and AI power the global property ecosystem. We are seeking a curious, open-minded, and collaborative Senior Technical Product Manager to join our Irvine-based team. In this role, you will lead native application development across cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks) and drive production rollouts for cutting-edge AI transformations utilizing Google Document AI and Gemini.
As a Senior Technical Product Manager within an AI-native engineering organization, you serve as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution by translating product vision into actionable outcomes. Working closely with Business Unit Product Managers and cross-functional teams, you identify customer needs, define product direction, and prioritize work to deliver solutions incrementally using Agile and Lean Product methodologies. In this role, you will leverage artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies to shape products—designed, built, tested, and operated using modern AI-enabled Software Development Lifecycle (AI SDLC) practices—that enhance customer experiences, accelerate delivery, and drive measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Delivery
Platform Focus: Drive the execution and roadmap for native application development built on Snowflake and Databricks environments
Backlog Ownership: Take full ownership of the Jira backlog, transforming complex business objectives into clearly defined epics, user stories, and actionable technical requirements.
Roadmap Management: Organize and maintain strategic roadmaps, aligning engineering capabilities with cross-functional business priorities.
Execution & Metrics: Drive delivery from discovery through production rollout, defining measurable outcomes and tracking release progress.
AI-Native Product Leadership & Modern SDLC
Agentic AI Workflows: Champion agentic development approaches and AI-native SDLC frameworks (including BMAD methodology).
Applied AI Solutions: Lead production implementation of intelligent document processing platforms powered by Google Document AI and Gemini.
Engineering Enablement: Collaborate with engineering leads to ensure development teams effectively guide, validate, and review agent-generated code.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as the voice of the customer and advocate for user-centered product development.
Build strong partnerships across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and Business teams.
Communicate priorities, tradeoffs, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Job Qualifications:

3–5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, or equivalent experience as a Tech Lead / Software Engineer / Data Lead performing TPM responsibilities.
Strong practical understanding of cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks) and relational database concepts (SQL).
Demonstrated experience managing Jira backlogs, sprint cycles, and roadmap delivery within Agile/Lean engineering environments.
Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional relationships and articulate technical decisions to business partners.
Ability to work hybrid out of the Irvine, CA office and participate in onsite team sessions.

Hands-on exposure to Google Document AI, Gemini, or LLM/Agentic development frameworks.
Prior experience coding or scripting in Python, CI/CD build environments (Jenkins), or enterprise data engineering.
