Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage a variety of controlling activities with a strong focus on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, forecasts, and business performance reviews.
- Coordinate and support the end-to-end month-end closing, budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Provide financial insights, ad hoc analyses, and recommendations to support management decision-making.
- Develop presentations and reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Monitor financial performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and propose corrective actions when needed.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to improve financial visibility and profitability.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data and reporting.
- Act as a key contact for international finance teams and participate in cross-functional and global initiatives.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in controlling, finance, or business partnering roles.
- Strong hands-on experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis).
- Experience in commodity controlling, trading controlling, or within a commodity-based industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of business performance drivers, margin analysis, and profitability management.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Confident English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills are an advantage.
- Knowledge of IFRS is considered a plus.
