About the Role

증권업무부는 해외 기관투자자를 대상으로 증권결제, 증권대차, 권리관리, 계좌관리 등 전반적인 커스터디(Custody) 서비스를 제공하고 있습니다.

본 포지션은 사업 확장 및 조직 내 운영 역량 강화를 위해 채용하는 포지션으로, 입사 후 지원자의 경험과 역량을 고려하여 증권업무부 내 적합한 업무 영역에 배치될 예정입니다.

Key Responsibilities

• 증권결제(Settlement), 증권대차(Securities Lending & Borrowing), 권리관리(Corporate Actions), 계좌관리(Account Management) 등 증권업무 전반 수행
• 해외 기관투자자 고객의 지시에 따른 거래 및 운영 프로세스 처리
• 한국예탁결제원(KSD), 증권사, 자산운용사, 상장사 등 국내 유관기관과의 업무 협업 및 커뮤니케이션
• 업무 프로세스 개선 및 운영 효율화 활동 참여
• 내부 및 글로벌 이해관계자와 협업하여 안정적인 서비스 제공
• 고객 서비스 품질 향상 및 운영 리스크 관리 지원

Qualifications

• 학사 학위 이상 소지자
• 증권, 커스터디, 자산운용, 금융 Operations 또는 유관 분야 경력 보유자
• 영어를 활용한 비즈니스 커뮤니케이션이 가능한 자
• 정확성과 책임감을 바탕으로 업무를 수행할 수 있는 자
• 다양한 이해관계자와 원활하게 협업할 수 있는 자
• 변화에 유연하게 대응하며 새로운 업무를 배우고 성장하고자 하는 자
  
  

Skills and Experience

• 커스터디, 증권결제, 증권대차, 권리관리, 계좌관리 업무 경험
• 글로벌 금융기관 또는 기관투자자 관련 업무 경험
• 업무 자동화 및 프로세스 개선 경험
• Excel (Macro/VBA 포함) 활용 능력 보유자
• AI 기반 업무 생산성 도구 활용 경험 보유자
• 국내외 자본시장 및 증권시장에 대한 이해도가 높은 자
