Job Description
As a member of the Enterprise Technology team at Blackstone, you will work with a group of talented individuals in a highly team-oriented environment to create the next generation of innovative solutions for Blackstone and the financial community at large.
The Associate, Service Management serves as a Product Manager for service management capabilities, shaping the future of how employees engage with enterprise services. Working across business and technology teams, this role designs and delivers scalable, user-centered solutions that enhance the digital employee experience, streamline service delivery, and accelerate the firm's digital transformation agenda.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Platform Enhancement
Serve as Product Manager for assigned Service Management Platform capabilities, managing feature backlogs, requirements, priorities, and roadmap initiatives.
Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve services, workflows, and employee experiences.
Define business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for new capabilities and enhancements.
Service Design & User Experience
Design intuitive service experiences, workflows, and user journeys using stakeholder research, feedback, and usability testing.
Translating business needs into scalable platform solutions that improve adoption, efficiency, and service quality.
Continuously evaluate and refine solutions based on user insights, operational metrics, and evolving business requirements.
Delivery & Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and business teams throughout the solution lifecycle from concept through implementation.
Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, design reviews, and stakeholder communications.
Present recommendations, document design decisions, and maintain project artifacts and requirements.
Support release planning, testing, change management, and adoption activities to ensure successful delivery and business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Service Management, Business Analysis, Service Design, Product Management, Digital Workplace, User Experience, or a related discipline.
Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and working with cross-functional technology and business teams.
Familiarity with service management platforms such as ServiceNow and modern digital workplace technologies.
Experience with UX, service design, process improvement, or employee experience initiatives preferred.
Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience influencing and aligning senior stakeholders.
Self‑starting, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant technology field.

Expected annual base salary range:
$110,000 - $135,000Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
