.The SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE provides efficient and effective service to the Branch clients, satisfying their needs and complying with all applicable programs, policies, procedures, and regulations. Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to •Processing monetary transactions, including but not limited to cashing checks, deposits and withdrawals to savings and checking accounts; •Performing mechanized transactions/entries to the organization’s informational systems, including but not limited to daily tallies and debits/credits; •Applying security measures such as verification of clients’ identity, counting money prior to imputing and disbursing, and notifying management of all irregularities; •Performing end-of-day activities to verify daily tallies and final register balances, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures; •Scanning of work, efficiently and effectively, ensuring accurate and timely capturing of daily work and adhering to the established service quality requirements; •Informing management of every $10,000 or more transaction and completing appropriate reporting forms in accordance with guidelines; •Assisting management with special projects and tasks as requested and required.
