Job Summary

This is a lead marketing role responsible for driving client engagement, acquisition and growth across Affluent segments. This role sits in Global WRB Marketing team under the Corporate Affairs, Brand and Marketing (CABM) group. 
The Affluent Segment Marketing Lead is a global role responsible for shaping and executing marketing strategies that deepen engagement and strengthen brand preference among affluent and high-net-worth clients across key markets. 
The role will translate global segment priorities into distinctive client experiences, thought leadership content, premium marketing collateral, targeted acquisition initiatives, and branded banking centre experiences, while partnering with local market teams to ensure consistency of positioning, messaging, brand experience, and execution quality. 
Success in this role requires balancing global strategic direction with market relevance to support growth in client relationships, assets under management, and long-term client value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the global marketing lead for Priority and Priority Private segments, working across regions and markets.
  • Develop and deliver the global affluent segment marketing strategy, aligned to business growth priorities, client value propositions, and brand positioning across key markets.
  • Work closely with key market teams to localise global marketing priorities, share best practices, and ensure consistency in client experience, proposition messaging, campaign execution, and premium brand standards.
  • Design and execute high-net-worth client engagement initiatives across high-touch events, exclusive experiences, thought leadership platforms, partnerships, and personalised communications.


Strategy

  • Create and manage premium marketing collateral, including proposition materials, event assets, client invitations, presentations, brochures, digital content, and sales enablement tools.
  • Support Affluent and Priority Private banking centre experiences, including branded touchpoints, collateral placement, and experiential elements etc. that reinforce a premium and differentiated client proposition.
  • Partner closely with country marketing teams, relationship managers, wealth specialists, product teams, distribution, compliance, creative agencies, and global stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and business alignment.

 

Business

  • Use client insights, market trends, competitive intelligence, and performance data to refine engagement strategies and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Maintain a consistent luxury, premium, and client-centric brand experience across all markets and client touchpoints, ensuring communications are globally aligned, locally relevant, differentiated, and commercially impactful.

 

Processes

  • Define success metrics, track campaign and event performance, and report on marketing contribution to acquisition, engagement, client retention, referrals, and business outcomes.
  • Ensure marketing activities comply with internal governance, regulatory requirements, brand standards, and risk controls.

  • Support the standardized WRB marketing operating rhythm including market planning, campaign execution, performance tracking and stakeholder engagement model    
  • Understand the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Graduate degree in Marketing and / or Communications
  • 10+ years of Strategic Marketing Skills in ‘TIER 1’ Companies
  • Good understanding and experience of Multiple Markets in Asia
  • Experienced operator in large-scale brands / complex organizations
  • Experience in Marketing to U/VHNW Segments
  • Experience in financial services / Wealth management/SME Banking
