Software Engineer (For UAE Nationals)

UAEN - Software Engineer

The Software Engineer will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. 

The Software Engineer also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop quality software and web applications
• Analyze and maintain existing software applications
• Design highly scalable, testable code
• Discover and fix programming bugs
• Write efficient, scalable, and well-designed code using core Java and enterprise frameworks.
• Design and build secure RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Perform unit and integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and execute code reviews.
• Work with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases or caching layers (Redis).
• Containerize applications using Docker and deploy them via Kubernetes or cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
• 0-2 years’ experience development experience with programming languages
• Strong proficiency in Java and Object-Oriented Design (OOD)
• SQL database or relational database skills
• Experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, or Hibernate.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and testing tools (JUnit, Mockito).
• Strong problem-solving abilities, clear communication, and teamwork in an Agile/Scrum environment
