As a Solutions Analyst II in Payments Technology, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between product owners, business, operations, and software developers by leveraging your technical and analytical reasoning skills. You’ll elicit and document business and data flow requirements, translating them into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. Your adaptability and ability to lead through change will be crucial in ambiguous situations and in effectively handling dependencies. Your strong foundation in data analytics will be instrumental in developing innovative architecture designs and operating systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills will ensure clear and compelling exchanges with diverse stakeholders, fostering collaboration and driving the success of the company's projects and programs.
Job responsibilities
- Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate requirements synthesis, dependency/change impact analysis, and solution documentation, validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity and security requirements.
- Contribute to data-driven decision-making by extracting insights from large, diverse data sets and applying data analytics techniques
- Translate complex business requirements into well-structured Testing solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and scalability and applying best practices to address evolving business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide input on architecture designs and operating systems, ensuring alignment with business strategy and technical solutions
- Assist in managing project dependencies and change control, and promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and applying
- Guide the work of others, ensuring timely completion and adherence to established principles and practices
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, with a focus on eliciting and documenting business and data flow requirements
- Experience in testing, product delivery, change execution, or operational readiness within a regulated or highly controlled environment (or equivalent experience demonstrating testing ownership and release accountability)
- Working knowledge of using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support solutions analysis workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity
- Ability to review and validate AI-assisted summaries and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations
- Demonstrated ability to define test strategy and governance and execute complex testing across multiple platforms and integrated user journeys, with disciplined defect management through closure
- Proven accountability for delivery outcomes, including release readiness and go/no-go decisioning, with sound judgment under time constraints and competing priorities
- Strong track record of Stakeholder engagement across Product, Program and Testing teams
- Experience with Agile Methodology including Jira
- Experience in API Testing (I.e. Bruno)
- Proven ability to incorporate AI solutions in day to day work
- Experience in testing, product delivery, change execution, or operational readiness within a regulated or highly controlled environment (or equivalent experience demonstrating testing ownership and release accountability)
- Proven understanding of Payment processing systems
