Specialist Accounting

Job Description

• Prepare and record accounting entries accurately and timely 
• Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations   
• Ensure that postings are properly validated and authorized  
• Work closely with our tax and controlling teams.  
• Actively participate in special projects within the accounting department.  

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration with a focus on international accounting or proven practical experience in accounting, ideally with (ongoing) further qualifications as a certified accountant.  
• Ideally, minimum of 1 year of professional experience in accounting, preferably in an international environment and currently doing professional exams (e.g., ACCA,) 
• Analytical and conceptual working style, strong implementation skills, and a pronounced affinity for numbers.  
• Business-fluent English skills.  
• Very good knowledge of MS Office as well as experience with ERP software (ideally SAP).
