Specialist, Client Processing Representative II

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist 2, Client Processing to join our Corporate Trust team. This role is located in Houston, Texas

 

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

· Execute client transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining a high standard of service by demonstrating expertise in client processing.

· Responsible for reconciliations, including cash breaks, position breaks, and gathering data for resolution.

· Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to BNY's service standards.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processing, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

 

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· 0-5 years of experience.

· Experience in brokerage processing preferred.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret transaction data and identify improvement opportunities.

· Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and resolution of inquiries.
