Business Function

Risk Management Group (RMG) is responsible for the development and maintenance of risk management and internal control frameworks. We provide independent review and challenge to business to ensure that appropriate balance is considered in risk/return decisions. In addition, RMG is responsible for the monitoring and reporting on key risk issues of the Bank. To manage risk effectively and deliver strong financial performance, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities

  • Engage in producing Collection MI and monitoring operational effectiveness and KPIs
  • Compile and deliver regular MIS reports for portfolio management and collection operations on a timely and accurate basis
  • Work closely with key stakeholders for Collection MI enhancement and bank-wide projects under both location and group-level
  • Actively support the development and execution of collection analytics initiatives to boost debt recoveries
  • Perform ad-hoc analytical deep-dives based on delinquency trends as well as collection productivity performance
  • Engaging in both automation and streamline of all existing reporting
  • Create and maintain Collection performance dashboard in Qlik Sense to monitor key metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or above major in Statistics / Finance / Business Administration / Data Analytics
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Consumer Banking or credit risk management
  • Good product knowledge in consumer lending product.
  • Knowledge in statistics and proficiency in programming language such as Python, SAS and visualization tool such as Qlikview / Qliksense is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • A team player to work with other credit units / other departments in result delivery
  • Good command in both written and spoken English
  • Good interpersonal skills
