Specialist, Payment Enablement, Seoul Operationsnew

We’re seeking future team member for our Specialist, Payment Enablement, Seoul Operations with role located in Seoul.

 

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Serve as subject matter expert for the day-to-day operations of a Back Office
• Provide post execution payment support to the trading, Sales, and internal stakeholders in BNY Seoul branch.
• Ensure that the key back-office controls are carried out daily such as payment execution, monitor, regulatory report submission.
• Proper coordination with local banks to liaise on FX & MM payment activities.
• Ensure work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards.
• Analyze and resolve exception, evaluate and escalate risk items to management and business partners.
• Drive efficiencies in the daily environment – look to deploy AI, Digital Tools and automation initiatives on a consistent basis. 
• Contributes to the achievement of related team’s objectives.

 

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following

• Bachelors degree
• Proficiency in Korean and English
• Proficiency with MS office program (excel) and foundational knowledge of AI is preferred 
• Possession of good FX product & Banking industry knowledge is preferred
• Team player, detail-oriented control mindset, good communication skills, and quick learning curve is preferred
