State Manager, Transaction Banking Victoria and Tasmanianew

What’s the role? 

As the State Manager, Transaction Banking, you will lead the strategic growth and performance of the Transaction Banking business across your allocated state or territory. Managing a team of Commercial and SME Transaction Banking Managers (TBMs), you will drive revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand the adoption of Transaction Banking solutions. 

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will lead high-performing teams and ensure the successful execution of strategies that deliver strong customer, business, and risk outcomes.

What will I need? 

• Proven leadership experience managing sales teams within Financial Services, supported by a strong understanding of Transaction Banking products, industry trends and regulatory requirements. 
• Demonstrated ability to drive performance through strategic leadership, coaching and people development. 
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, coupled with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. 
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and execute growth opportunities. 
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline (desirable).
