About the Department :
Fund Services supports the operational integrity of investment products by overseeing fund administration, accounting oversight, shareholder servicing, and cash management across multiple fund structures. The team collaborates closely with service providers and internal partners to deliver accurate, compliant, and efficient fund operations while supporting new products, fund events, and strategic initiatives.
How You Will Add Value?
Core Responsibilities:
You will lead daily Fund Services operations.
You will prioritize work and meet service commitments.
You will develop and support team members.
You will oversee shareholder transactions and cash activity.
You will review fund liquidity and cash management.
You will validate valuation and performance reporting.
You will provide operational coverage during critical periods.
Strategic Responsibilities:
You will oversee administrators, custodians, and transfer agents.
You will identify, assess, and escalate operational risks.
You will strengthen controls and regulatory compliance.
You will support audits and regulatory reviews.
You will drive process improvements and automation.
You will contribute to strategic projects and onboarding activities.
Team & Collaboration:
You will partner with business stakeholders.
You will support product launches and fund events.
You will enhance team resilience through documentation and training.
What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role?
Experience, Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
8–10 years of financial services experience.
Investment management experience is advantageous.
Technical Skills:
Strong fund accounting and financial reporting expertise.
Knowledge of complex financial instruments.
Hedge fund accounting knowledge preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Access and Excel skills.
Soft Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong organization and prioritization skills.
Ability to manage competing demands.
Collaborative and proactive approach.
High integrity and sound judgment.
