System Risk Specialist

About Us:
Hytech is a leading player in the Contract for Difference (CFD) trading industry, dedicated to delivering advanced trading solutions and services to clients. The Risk Management team is essential in maintaining the stability and integrity of our trading platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation of MT4/MT5 trading platforms and related systems (training will be provided).
- Maintain the functionality of additional components, including Bridges/Hubs, plugins, and external tools.
- Assist in managing database systems, networking, and Windows operating systems.
- Conduct system audits and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with external partners to resolve system-related problems.

Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
- Open to candidates from entry-level to senior-level positions.
- IT support experience in the financial sector is considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix/Windows operating systems and MySQL; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a 24-hour shift rotation.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin to facilitate effective communication with global colleagues.
