Millions of people want to grow their money but don't know where to start. More than 90% of adults don’t access traditional financial advice. That's the gap Plum was built to close.
We're building the proactive money platform that makes it easy for people to smartly and sustainably grow their money. Whether you're stashing the cash for tea and toast in your first home or catching some rays during retirement, we've got your back.
Since 2016, millions of people across 10 European markets have set aside more than £10 billion with Plum. But what we're most excited about is what comes next and the opportunity for our people to help shape it.
We're now going after something even bigger: the £2 trillion+ advised market in the UK and beyond, currently locked behind high fees and complexity. By combining AI-driven financial guidance with the products people actually need, we're building a solution for everyone, not just the wealthy few.
At Plum, you'll be part of a team that's ambitious, curious and driven. We move fast, learn from what doesn't work, challenge the status quo and, most importantly, build something that makes people's lives better. We believe great ideas can come from anywhere, and that the best work happens when people feel trusted to take ownership, collaborate openly and bring their whole selves to work.

The Team & The Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Athens and support Plum’s ambitious global growth. This is a hands-on, end-to-end recruitment role within a fast-paced environment, offering the opportunity to have a tangible impact on the growth of our teams, especially in the tech domain.
As part of a high-performing Talent Acquisition team, you will play a key role in attracting top talent, shaping candidate experience, and contributing to our employer brand. You will have the autonomy to manage recruitment processes while collaborating closely with hiring managers and the wider People team.
What you will be doing:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across a variety of roles, with a strong focus on technology hiring (engineering, product, and data roles), from sourcing through to offer stage.
- Design and implement sourcing strategies to proactively build pipelines of high-quality candidates for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Track and report on hiring performance and pipeline health through clear, consistent data reporting and KPIs.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, providing guidance on hiring best practices, market insights, and recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with the wider Talent and People teams on projects related to employer branding, candidate experience, and process improvements.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the process, acting as a true ambassador for Plum’s culture and values.
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment, with proven success in engineering hiring being a must-have requirement.
- Ability to independently manage multiple hiring processes and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Comfortable working with data and metrics, using insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes and processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across levels
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (experience with Workable is a plus)
- Strong judgment on assessing talent, with a clear understanding of what good looks like in a high-performing, product-led company.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset combined with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
Passionate about recruitment, candidate experience, and contributing to a people-first culture.
