Tax Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Manage corporate tax compliance involving review and submission of tax returns and computations of Group companies - Review tax provisions of the companies - Provide GST and corporate tax advisory support services to business units - Participate in identifying, developing and implementing tax planning strategies and tax efficient structures for repatriation of profits - Work with various overseas business units and their tax advisors on local tax issues - Participate in ad hoc corporate tax and GST project review

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent Accountancy qualification recognized by the ISCA - 3 to 4 years of related working experience - Exposure to overseas tax preferred but not essential - Candidates with only GST experience may also apply
