The Team Lead – Non-Tech Recruitment is responsible for leading a team of recruiters while driving the end-to-end recruitment process for non-technical positions across the organization. This role supports business objectives by proactively sourcing, assessing, and hiring top talent, while ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
The successful candidate will partner with business leaders to develop recruitment strategies, build diverse talent pipelines, and deliver hiring outcomes in a timely and cost-effective manner. This role demonstrates behaviors aligned with U.S. Bank's Purpose and Core Values.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of people management experience leading recruitment teams (required)
- 10+ years of recruiting experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Preferred industry experience: Financial Services, Banking, FinTech, Shared Services, or other large multinational organizations.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience recruiting for corporate, operations, finance, risk, HR, customer service, or other non-technical functions within financial services, banking, or large corporate environments
- Advanced knowledge of talent acquisition, sourcing, and selection processes
- Proven success leading and developing recruiting teams
- Strong stakeholder management and consultative partnership skills
- Effective project management and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze recruiting data, trends, and metrics
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of non-technical recruiters
- Drive recruitment delivery and hiring outcomes across multiple business functions
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders on workforce planning and talent strategy
- Build diverse talent pipelines using effective sourcing strategies
- Monitor recruiting metrics and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and best practices
- Promote an inclusive, high-performing, and collaborative team culture
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location five (5) days per week.
