As a Technology Support III in Employee Platforms, you will ensure the operational stability, availability, and performance of our production application flows. You will encourage a culture of continuous improvement as you troubleshoot, maintain, identify, escalate, and resolve production service interruptions for all internally and externally developed systems. Your efforts will lead to a seamless user experience and a strong, collaborative team environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Comply with service delivery and technology policies, standards, and procedures.
- Meet SLAs across Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
- Perform due diligence on all changes impacting the location, reviewing details for potential impacts.
- Execute and enforce key processes, including Asset Management and Media Management.
- Maintain Technology Rooms and all spaces in a secure, orderly condition.
- Escalate issues promptly to Technology Leads and relevant service owners.
- Partner with peers across locations on troubleshooting and cross-location initiatives.
- Deliver the Vulnerability Management lifecycle, including identification, reporting, and remediation.
- Support Technology Leads in improving productivity, cost effectiveness, and value.
- Provide problem management support for recurring incidents, ensuring root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Deliver high-quality end-user support with professionalism and clear communication.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience across multiple technologies and complex, large-scale, cross-functional project, production, or service delivery and client support.
- Background supporting product areas such as storage, standard voice, voice recording, network, rack & stack, and cabling management.
- Working understanding of AI and cloud technologies.
- Ability to maintain inventories and complete control checks accurately and on time.
- Strong customer focus and commitment to improving employee experience.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages and/or automation scripting.
- Experience in financial services or large enterprise environments.
- Exposure to trader voice systems.
