You will support Trading Services from the Buenos Aires hub, acting as a day-to-day partner to internal stakeholders and clients to resolve queries, execute analytical operational work, and deliver consistent service outcomes. You will work across operational teams and infrastructure groups to streamline process flows and system linkages, contribute to strategic initiatives and business architecture evolution, and ensure controls are completed and signed off on time while maintaining required client service delivery standards.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Daily Execution & Client Service

    • You will resolve daily queries from business stakeholders and clients using structured analysis and independent judgment.

    • You will perform daily analytical activities to identify issues, assess impacts, and drive timely resolution.

    • You will communicate clearly and concisely with support teams to ensure efficient resolution of internal and external client queries.

  • Process, Controls & Continuous Improvement

    • You will build and maintain strong understanding of current process flows, system linkages, and improvement opportunities to streamline execution.

    • You will ensure all controls are performed, completed, and signed off within required timelines.

    • You will participate in strategic initiatives to improve processes and evolve business architecture.

  • Partnership & Team Leadership

    • You will partner closely with operational teams and infrastructure groups to support a “one team” approach and improve day-to-day efficiency.

    • You will manage staff through day-to-day issues and remediation to maintain service delivery standards.

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills.

 

  • Advanced English proficiency.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain, collaborate, and challenge as appropriate.

  • Demonstrated analytical skills and independent problem-solving.

  • Ability to work effectively in a pressurized, changing environment.

  • Strong accountability and ownership of issues through resolution.

  • Graduate or current graduate student status.

  • Ability to build an in-depth understanding of trading structures from financial and operational perspectives.

 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills.

 

  • Team Lead or people management experience.

  • Relevant experience in related functions or businesses.
