For the strengthening of the Treasury function within Cedacri companies, part of ION Group, we are looking for an experienced Treasury Manager with 8+ years of experience. This position is targeted at candidates with significant Treasury leadership experience gained in large and complex organizations. The selected candidate will act as a key partner to the Head of Treasury and Treasury Operations Manager, contributing to the management of liquidity, funding, banking relationships, cash operations, and treasury transformation initiatives across the Group. The role is designed for a senior professional capable of combining strategic thinking, operational leadership, and strong execution capabilities in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.

Your role:
Your key duties and responsibilities
- Support the Head of Treasury in managing the Group's liquidity, funding, and banking activities
- Act as deputy to the Head of Treasury, ensuring continuity of operations and decision-making when required
- Oversee daily Treasury Operations, ensuring effective execution of cash management, payment, and collection processes
- Supervise short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow forecasting activities and support liquidity planning initiatives
- Support the management of revolving credit facilities, intercompany financing, cash pooling structures, and other funding arrangements
- Manage relationships with banking partners and support negotiations relating to treasury services, financing facilities, and banking products
- Coordinate and challenge working capital improvement initiatives, supporting actions aimed at accelerating collections and optimizing cash conversion
- Lead Treasury-related projects involving Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, Procurement, and Business stakeholders
- Identify and implement process optimization, standardization, and automation opportunities across Treasury activities
- Support the development of Treasury policies, controls, governance frameworks, and risk management processes
- Contribute to Treasury reporting for Senior Management and Group Treasury, providing insights on liquidity, funding requirements, and financial risks
- Act as escalation point for critical operational matters involving liquidity, payments, banking relationships, or funding activities
- Mentor and support junior members of the Treasury team, contributing to their professional development

Your skills, experience, and qualifications required
- Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or another quantitative discipline
- At least 8 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Corporate Finance, Cash Management, Banking, or related finance functions
- Proven experience managing liquidity, cash forecasting, funding structures, and banking relationships within medium-to-large organizations
- Strong understanding of Cash Management, Cash Forecasting, Working Capital Management, Funding and Credit Facilities, Intercompany Financing, Cash Pooling Structures, Treasury Risk Management
- Previous experience coordinating teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to operate effectively in both strategic discussions and operational environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with SAP and Treasury Management Systems is considered a strong plus
- Proactive mindset, ownership mentality, and ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
