Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated, self-starting professionals who can advocate for clients by delivering differentiated treasury solutions across payments, receivables, foreign exchange, liquidity management, trade and supply chain finance, and commercial card services. 

 

The Treasury Specialized Product Sales (SPS) role focuses on business development and sales execution, helping drive annual new business goals, expanding client relationships, and deepening adoption of treasury solutions. The successful candidate may bring expertise in Payments, Receivables, and/or FX, while also demonstrating the curiosity and agility to partner across Global Payments Solutions and related lines of business. 

 

Role Purpose: Deliver product sales expertise that helps clients solve complex treasury challenges, improves working capital outcomes, and supports revenue growth across Payments, Receivables, and/or FX solutions. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with Sales, Product, Client Coverage, Implementation, Servicing, and other internal teams to support revenue growth and client adoption of treasury solutions.

  • Execute product sales strategies across industries, client segments, and geographic regions, including direct deal support, prospecting, and ongoing sales education. 

  • Identify opportunities within existing client portfolios and help develop strategies to expand treasury relationships. 

  • Support client presentations, solution design, deal structuring, RFP responses, and sales pursuits. 

  • Provide subject matter expertise in Payments, Receivables, and/or FX, while connecting solutions across related treasury capabilities.

  • Develop differentiated value propositions that address client treasury, working capital, and cross-currency process challenges. 

  • Partner with product managers and regional teams to promote capabilities, support marquee opportunities, and deliver the global firm to clients. 

  • Monitor market, industry, regulatory, competitive, risk, and fraud trends affecting treasury services. 

  • Maintain business reporting, including pipelines, opportunity tracking, client engagement insights, and performance dashboards. 

  • Prepare internal and client-facing content that supports sales enablement, executive communication, and strategic decision-making. 

  • Manages client engagements and reviews, account management, complex deals, and/or emerging solution opportunities with clients to grow market share through deal support

  • Serves as a bank representative presenting at key industry events, leading consultative discussions at multiple levels of the organization, and providing product line expertise

  • Supports banking line partners in understanding treasury management, product risk, and ensuring applicable policies are applied through the sales cycle

  • Manages the strategy and tactical execution of segment initiatives across all major Lines of Business, driving collaboration between product, sales, and client relationship teams

  • Identifies and develops responses to emerging product trends, competitive strategies, and market gaps

  • Develops and implements programs and policies in partnership with market leadership to drive Global Treasury solutions and local market strategies

  • Participates as the product or industry expert in client call planning and strategic client reviews, identifying opportunities and influencing solutions

Required Qualifications:

  • Treasury / Product Knowledge

  • Knowledge of corporate treasury, cash management, payments, receivables, foreign exchange, or related financial services. 

  • Ability to understand clients’ treasury and working capital objectives. 

  • Experience supporting business development, client acquisition, revenue growth, consultative selling, or solution development initiatives. 

  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate across Sales, Product, Coverage, Operations, Implementation, Servicing, and regional teams. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information into concise messaging for clients and senior stakeholders.

  • Ability to evaluate market trends, client needs, financial data, competitive information, and pipeline analytics to identify opportunities and recommend actions.

  • Understanding of risk management, compliance, controls, fraud prevention, and regulatory considerations relevant to treasury services. 

  • Collaborative, inclusive, results-oriented, curious, organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. 

Desired Qualifications:

    • Experience in one or more of the following areas: Payments, Receivables, FX Solutions, Liquidity Management, Treasury Management, Transaction Banking, or Working Capital Solutions. 

    • Experience supporting multinational, large corporate, commercial, or financial institution clients. 

    • Familiarity with Global Payments Solutions, Global Transaction Services, Global Markets, or treasury product sales operating models. 

    • Demonstrated ability to support cross-regional opportunities and coordinate across global stakeholders. 

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$109,200.00 - $135,500.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
