Working with Payroll Benefits Manager for benefit renewals across UK and Asia and Europe, and collation of renewal data for management discussion

Input UK payroll data working along side UK Payroll Administrators

Assisting with payroll queries 

Preparing and maintaining the PSA to report monthly to Comp Accounting

Processing quarterly dividend payments

Assist in P11d process and maintain loan report

Provide back up for journals

3 - 6 years of relevant UK Payroll experience

Payroll Reporting, HMRC Reporting, P45, Pension calculations, Payroll Inputs

Understanding of Life Assurance 

Understanding of Permanent Health Insurance

Understanding of Private Medical/Dental Insurance 

Understanding of Regulatory Reporting

Understanding of Gender Pay Gap reporting 

Understanding of P11d & PSA Reporting

Basic understanding of Payroll

Advance excel

Good communication skills and attention to detail

Ability to organize and plan personal workload
