Unit Supervisor - Bsa Compliance (Transaction Monitoring) - Firstbank Prnew

The Unit Supervisor supports the execution of the FirstBank’s Customer Monitoring Process focused primarily on Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering laws and regulations. Provides support to the BSA Assistant Manager mainly through the direct supervision over the execution of the Compliance Specialists and Compliance Analyst’ duties and responsibilities within the BSA Unit, such as reviews alerts (Deposit Lending accounts), provide training and coaching, participating in systems implementations testing on the BSA Unit. Support management on written procedures when appropriate.
