Unleash your expertise in product development and optimization by leveraging user research, analyzing metrics, and collaborating across one of the world’s most innovative financial organizations.

As the Vice President - Insurance Product GTM (Go-to Market) Lead in Business Banking, you will own critical workstreams spanning product strategy, sales enablement, marketing, customer experience, operating readiness, and business performance. This role sits within the Product job family but functions as a go-to-market lead, requiring strong business judgment, influence, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

Own the go-to-market strategy and integrated execution plan for the small business Property & Casualty Insurance agency, aligning customer segments, value proposition, channels, marketing, sales motions, servicing, and operating readiness.

  • Develop the distribution and adoption roadmap in partnership with field leadership, marketing, digital product, operations, and carrier management teams, and identify opportunities to improve awareness, conversion, retention, and customer value.
  • Translate customer, market, competitive, and performance insights into actionable recommendations that shape positioning, channel strategy, product priorities, and the end-to-end customer experience.
  • Define and monitor go-to-market performance, including funnel health, channel productivity, customer engagement, unit economics, and business outcomes; use insights to identify risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
  • Create executive-ready business cases, launch plans, operating reviews, and communications that clearly frame choices, trade-offs, performance, and required decisions.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and partner teams without direct authority, building alignment across product, technology, data, design, operations, marketing, field leadership, carrier management, and LRCC.
  • Partner with Legal, Risk, Compliance & Controls and operational teams to embed regulatory, control, and readiness requirements into go-to-market plans and execution.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong commercial and strategic judgment, with the ability to connect customer needs, market dynamics, channel capabilities, economics, and operational considerations into practical decisions.
  • Highly analytical, with experience defining performance metrics, building business cases and financial analyses, and converting data into clear actions; advanced Excel proficiency required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create executive-ready narratives, facilitate decisions, and communicate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
