Vice President, Quantitative Analyst

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Quantitative Analyst (VP) to join our Strategy and Insights team. This role is located in New York, NY.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with stakeholders, translating business needs into deployable products, and bringing a strong commercial mindset with an appreciation of Markets workflows and client outcomes. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

• Bachelor’s degree (or beyond) in a quantitative field 

• 3+ years of experience in financial services

• Facility with AI and the modern data science toolkit, and the ability to implement in Python and SQL

• Practical experience with AI-assisted code development tools (Codex, Claude Code, Devin Desktop, etc.)

• Practical experience with large data sets, data quality control, analytics and modeling 

• Experience producing clear graphical representations and data visualizations

• A commercial mindset with superior time management skills and the ability to thrive under pressure

• Instinctual curiosity and reflexive collaboration
