Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain robust frameworks to monitor business financing performance, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting of key metrics.
• Develop high-impact presentation materials that translate complex performance data into clear, insightful, and actionable narratives for senior management.
• Simplify technical and financial metrics into “layman’s terms” for non-technical stakeholders, enabling alignment on business priorities and informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Approximately 10 years of experience in performance reporting, business analytics, or strategic reporting.
• Experience in consulting firms (strategy / transformation) or strategy / project functions within financial institutions.
• Prior experience in Big 4 consulting firms, banking, or insurance industries is preferred.
• Strong capabilities in performance analytics, executive reporting, and presentation development, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
