  • Perform and oversee periodic allocation surveillance, portfolio reviews, and management reporting for relevant business and client stakeholders.

  • Drive consistent data quality and reconcile allocation inputs and outputs across source systems, models, and downstream records; ensure exceptions are investigated and resolved promptly.

  • Act as the senior point of contact across business, Technology, Finance, Operations, Data, Legal and Compliance, Capital Formation, and Insurance teams globally.

  • Lead strategic initiatives focused on modernization, workflow digitization, automation, standardization, and operational scalability.

  • Assess change impacts, define business requirements, coordinate user acceptance testing, and ensure effective implementation and post-go-live stabilization of new processes and systems.

  • Create effective handover and follow-the-sun operating models between regional teams, supported by clear procedures, business continuity plans, and cross-training.

  • Build, coach, and retain a high-performing team through structured development plans, timely feedback, succession planning, and an inclusive culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

  • Prepare concise, executive-level updates on performance, capacity, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and strategic outcomes.

  • Respond to ad hoc requests from Investment, Capital Formation, Insurance, and other stakeholders, providing accurate and timely analysis.

  • Support internal and external audits, regulatory inquiries, and risk or compliance reviews by maintaining complete and readily retrievable evidence.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Demonstrated people leadership experience, including managing managers or senior individual contributors in a global or CoE operating model.

  • Strong control mindset with experience in operational risk, governance, issue management, root-cause analysis, and remediation.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify patterns, and make sound decisions under time pressure.

  • Ability to understand the broader business context while maintaining close attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex matters succinctly.
