About the Role

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our Managed Solutions team as a Product Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the management, governance, and strategic development of our investment fund platform, with a primary focus on Hedge Funds and Long-Only fund solutions.

You will drive product initiatives, oversee fund lifecycle management, enhance platform capabilities, and support the delivery of high-quality solutions to both clients and front-office teams. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external asset managers, you will help ensure the platform remains competitive, scalable, and aligned with evolving client needs.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Product Platform Management - Own the end-to-end management of the Managed Solutions fund platform, including product governance, lifecycle management, and oversight of client-facing materials and publications.
• Product Development  - Drive the development and implementation of new investment solutions, platform enhancements, and fund launches, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Platform Optimisation - Identify opportunities to improve operating processes, strengthen controls, and enhance platform efficiency through workflow simplification, automation, and digital initiatives.
• Market & Commercial Support - Monitor market trends, competitive developments, and client needs to support product positioning, platform development, and business growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accountancy, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in investment products, product management, fund platform management, or product strategy within private banking, wealth management, asset management, or alternative investments.
• Strong knowledge of Hedge Funds, Funds of Hedge Funds, liquid alternatives, and traditional investment fund structures.
• Good understanding of fund lifecycle events, product governance, operational workflows, and distribution frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a commercial and client-centric mindset.
• High attention to detail with the ability to review technical fund documentation, marketing materials, and product communications.

Preferred Qualifications & Technical Skills

• CFA or CAIA charterholder (or progress towards either designation) preferred.
• Familiarity with industry research and analytics platforms such as Bloomberg, Morningstar, and Albourne.
• Demonstrated interest in leveraging digital solutions, workflow automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
