Success Factors
Responsibilities
- Gain exposure to a variety of investment strategies and wealth management solutions.
- Support investment research and analysis across asset classes, investment strategies, managers, funds, and individual securities.
- Assist with reviewing client portfolios, asset allocations, investment objectives, risk profiles, and performance.
- Help prepare investment reports, portfolio analyses, and materials for internal and client meetings.
- Conduct market and economic research to support the team’s investment decision making.
- Collaborate with Investment Analysts and Wealth Advisors on portfolio related assignments and special projects.
- Work with team leadership to identify opportunities to improve investment processes and operating efficiencies.
- Build relationships with peers and team members at all levels of the organization.
- Participate in team building exercises, community outreach activities, and continuous learning and leadership development workshops.

Education, Experience and Certifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management and/or related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Desire to pursue a career within wealth management
- Excellent communication and analytical skills required
- Strong technical skills with the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Essential Functions
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position as needed
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office and at client offices to access file cabinets, office machinery etc.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner and exchange information with internal and external actors as needed
- Ability to lift/carry up to 20 pounds
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours and weekends as needed
- Ability to travel to local and non-local clients as needed, overnight travel may be required
