You will support day-to-day execution for an enterprise application by coordinating intake, documentation, ceremonies, and stakeholder communication. You will bring structure to delivery by tracking risks, dependencies, and milestones and escalating blockers when needed. You will help standardize routines and templates to improve consistency and team efficiency.

Job summary:

As a Product Associate in an Agile product team, you support the Product Owner with day-to-day management of an enterprise application by coordinating work intake, documentation, and delivery tracking. You maintain product materials, track actions and dependencies, and help keep timelines on course across business and technology stakeholders. You support Agile execution and Jira administration by maintaining backlogs, ensuring stories are complete, and monitoring sprint progress. You capture decisions and follow-ups from recurring meetings and produce leadership-ready updates to keep stakeholders aligned.

Job responsibilities:

  • Serve as the operational coordinator for the product team
  • Maintain product documentation and keep information current
  • Track action items, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
  • Monitor timelines and drive follow-ups on outstanding work
  • Administer Jira backlogs by ensuring issues are properly documented, linked, and kept up to date
  • Support Agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, sprint execution, and release planning routines
  • Create and update Jira stories based on Product Owner guidance and team inputs
  • Ensure stories include complete documentation and clear acceptance criteria before work begins
  • Track sprint progress and highlight blockers, overdue items, and dependency risks
  • Coordinate recurring product meetings and manage schedules and attendee communications
  • Capture minutes, decisions, and action items and publish meeting notes and follow-ups

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • One year of experience supporting technology, product, project management, and/or business analysis teams
  • Experience using Jira (or a comparable Agile work management tool) to manage backlogs, track work, and maintain issue quality
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including managing multiple priorities and following through on deliverables
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills, including documenting work clearly and coordinating across stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Ability to apply critical thinking to identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and drive timely follow-up

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and supporting Agile ceremonies and execution routines
  • Familiarity with Confluence or a similar documentation and knowledge management platform
  • Basic understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Experience supporting global and/or distributed teams across time zones
