Job Description

Purpose of the Role 

Develop your expertise in fund and corporate administration while supporting a diverse portfolio of client entities across a range of structures. In this role, you'll play an important part in delivering high-quality administration services, managing key client activities and helping clients meet their regulatory, governance and operational obligations. You'll work closely with clients, colleagues and stakeholders across the business, gaining exposure to investor distributions, corporate governance, financial processes and regulatory requirements. This is an excellent opportunity to strengthen your technical knowledge, take on greater responsibility and contribute to the delivery of exceptional client service within a collaborative and international environment.

Main Responsibilities 

  • Manage a portfolio of client entities, ensuring activities are carried out in accordance with governing documents, regulatory obligations and client requirements.
  • Serve as a key day-to-day contact for clients, developing trusted relationships and delivering a high standard of service.
  • Coordinate investor distribution activities and support the timely delivery of corporate administration and client reporting requirements.
  • Work closely with Client Accounting Solutions and other stakeholders to support accounting, annual accounts, billing and related financial processes.
  • Maintain accurate statutory records, client databases and documentation, ensuring information remains current and compliant.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, including billing and aged debt management, helping to support strong operational and commercial outcomes.
  • Participate in client reviews, identify potential risks or issues and escalate matters appropriately to management.
  • Support the development of junior colleagues through coaching, knowledge sharing and collaboration across the team.

Qualifications

  • Educated to A-Level or degree standard, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in funds, trust, corporate administration or a related financial services environment.
  • Sound understanding of local funds, company and trust regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a client-focused environment.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with clients, colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Proactive and commercially aware, with a solutions-focused approach and a commitment to delivering excellent client outcomes.
  • Desirable: A relevant professional qualification such as CGI, STEP or equivalent, together with experience using corporate administration and client management systems.
