AI & Business Transformation Intern
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy intern to support the Travel Operations & Delivery team in driving project execution, operational improvements, partner launch activities, and AI-enabled productivity initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to project management, business analysis, data analysis, market research, and digital transformation within a dynamic insurance environment.
Your Role
Project Support & Coordination
- Support project planning, execution, and tracking across business and enhancement initiatives.
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and action items to ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to track progress and maintain project momentum.
- Assist in preparing project status updates, governance materials, meeting notes, and presentation decks.
AI & Productivity Enablement
- Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, including meeting summaries, documentation, reporting, and presentation preparation.
- Identify opportunities to streamline current ways of working through AI-enabled workflows and productivity tools.
- Develop simple, reusable process guides or workflow documentation to help the team sustain benefits beyond the transition period.
- Support the preparation of concise summaries, action trackers, reports, and presentation materials using AI-assisted methods.
Data Analysis, Market Research & Benchmarking
- Assist with data analysis to support enhancement initiatives, operational decision-making, and performance monitoring.
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify trends, best practices, and potential improvement areas.
- Prepare insights and findings in a clear, structured format for management and project stakeholders.
- Support the creation of dashboards, trackers, comparison tables, and reporting materials where required.
Partner Launch & Implementation Support
- Support launch activities with partners, including coordination of timelines, action items, readiness checks, and documentation.
- Track key milestones and follow up on open items to support timely delivery of partner-related initiatives.
- Assist with operational readiness activities and ensure relevant project documentation is accurate and up to date.
Learning Opportunities
- Business analysis, process improvement, and operational transformation

Requirements & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in project management, business operations, digital transformation, and AI technologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power BI, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
